Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile games, websites, player support, and related services provided by TapViral LLC (“TapViral,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Our handling of personal data is described separately in our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country or region, to use the Services. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services except where allowed by law or expressly authorized by us.

3. Accounts and Security

Some features may require an account or platform login. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may refuse, suspend, or reclaim usernames or accounts when necessary to protect the Services or other players.

4. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

• The Services may offer virtual currency, items, subscriptions, or other digital content for purchase or as part of gameplay.

• Virtual items are licensed, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, goods, or services outside the Services.

• Purchases are handled by the applicable app store or payment platform and are subject to that platform’s terms and refund rules.

• Purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or platform policy.

• We may modify, suspend, remove, or rebalance virtual items where reasonably necessary for game operation, security, legal compliance, or gameplay integrity.

5. Player Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Use cheats, bots, automation, hacks, unauthorized third-party software, exploits, or any tool that gives an unfair advantage.

• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, accounts, servers, or networks.

• Harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, defraud, or harm other players or our staff.

• Buy, sell, trade, share, or transfer accounts, virtual items, or access to the Services outside approved in-game or platform features.

• Post or transmit unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, misleading, or otherwise harmful content.

• Use the Services for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

If the Services allow you to submit names, chat messages, images, feedback, or other content, you remain responsible for that content. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, moderate, reproduce, and use your content as needed to operate, improve, promote, and protect the Services. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, gameplay systems, artwork, graphics, music, audio, text, characters, names, logos, and trademarks, are owned by TapViral LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the limited license described in these Terms.

8. Updates and Service Changes

We may update, patch, suspend, discontinue, rebalance, or change any part of the Services. Updates may be required to continue using the Services. We are not obligated to maintain any specific feature, mode, content, or compatibility indefinitely.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other players or the Services, infringed rights, engaged in unlawful conduct, or used the Services in a way that could cause harm. You may stop using the Services at any time.

10. Third-Party Services

The Services may interact with app stores, social platforms, advertising networks, analytics providers, payment processors, or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or free from data loss.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapViral LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption arising from or related to the Services or these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TapViral LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your user content, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your place of residence.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Services, our website, or another reasonable method. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the changes.
